Items cannot be returned. Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping.

If you find any major damage that is not described on the product page, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Retro will send you an email with return instructions.
Refunds will be made only for the price of the item. Any customs fees incurred upon arrival and shipping costs associated with the return will not be refunded.
