Authenticity
We guarantee that all items we sell are genuine.
We have over 10 years of experience in the business of buying and selling pre-owned brand items.
We have 10 experienced appraisers in-house who verify the authenticity of each item under our own standards.
In the unlikely event that an item is a fake, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your money.

Since the items are pre-owned, they may be missing accessories such as guarantee cards, warranty cards, and serial seals.
The product may also have accessories such as belts and straps that are not part of the product brand. In some cases, parts of the merchandise may have been repaired.
In such cases, we treat the item as a genuine product. They are not eligible for a refund.

Condition rank
We set our own ranks for the damage condition of our items and evaluate them.
The contents of characteristic damage are described on the item page.
Since this is a used item, please allow for slight damage that is not listed.

Our own rank setting is as follows.

[Unused]
The item comes with a protective sticker or tags from the time of purchase, and can be judged to have not been used.

[S]
The tag at the time of purchase is not attached, and we cannot judge that the item has not been used. However, there is no evidence of use, and the item is in a near-unused condition.

[A]
The item is in very good condition with little signs of use and no noticeable scratches or damage.

[AB]
The item is in good condition with some signs of use and has few scratches, stains, or other damage.

[B]
The item is in normal used condition, with significant damage from use and many scratches, stains, and other damages.

[BC]
The item is in a usable condition, although some parts of the product are damaged.

[C]
The item is broken and needs to be repaired before it can be used.
