Do you guarantee that your products are authentic?
All products listed on the website are checked for product quality by our in-house experienced appraisers and our exhibitor team before being listed on the website.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be a fake, please contact our customer support team. If the product is confirmed to be a fake, we will issue a full refund.

How long does it take for the merchandise to arrive?
Usually, we ship from Japan in 1-3 business days after confirming payment and receipt of deposit.
Depending on the region to which the shipment is being sent, if there are no problems and the transaction proceeds, the product can be delivered in approximately one week.

The shipping company is basically DHL.

Can I return my order?
We accept returns only if you inform us of any damage not described on the product page within 3 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons, such as different image, no longer want the item, or wrong size.
Also, depending on your computer monitor settings, the color of the image and the actual product may differ slightly.

Are there any additional charges other than the product price?
For items shipped overseas, import duties and customs fees may apply. Import duties must be paid upon customs clearance when the ordered items arrive in the destination country.
